Answers to your questions about donations, Qurbani, Zakat and our projects.
You can donate online in a few steps on the page of any project or via the Quick Donation form. Pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, EPS or PayPal – or send your donation by bank transfer if you prefer.
Yes. Card and online payments are made on Stripe's secure payment pages, and PayPal payments on PayPal's. Your card details never reach our website and are not stored by us; the connection is always encrypted.
As soon as your online payment is confirmed, a donation receipt is sent to your email address. For bank transfers, the receipt is sent once the amount has reached our account.
We do not currently offer automatic monthly payments. For projects with a monthly amount (e.g. orphan sponsorship), you can pay for 1, 6 or 12 months in one go.
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your donation number (e.g. AYE-…). Our team will look into it and get back to you as soon as possible.
Simply write your name and the purpose of your donation (e.g. "Qurbani Africa" or "Zakat") in the payment reference. This way your donation is directed to the right project.
On the Qurbani page, choose the country and the type of sacrifice (Nadhr, Aqiqah, thanksgiving etc.), set the quantity and enter on whose behalf it should be performed. Once you complete the payment, your proxy (wakalah) is given.
We perform Qurbani in Africa, Asia, Türkiye and other countries where the need is great. The current list of countries and prices is on the Qurbani page.
Animal prices and the costs of transport, slaughter and distribution differ from country to country. Prices are set for each country based on these costs.
A small animal Qurbani is performed on behalf of one person. The large animal Qurbani price covers the whole animal; up to 7 people can share one large animal.
Yes. When you choose more than one Qurbani, you can decide whether all are on behalf of the same person or each on behalf of a different person.

Fitrah and Fidyah can be given during Ramadan on our Ramadan Campaign page. It is recommended to pay Fitrah before the Eid prayer.
You choose the country, the number of orphans you want to support and the monthly amount per orphan. You can pay for 1, 6 or 12 months in one go.

On the Water Well page, choose the country and the type of well (e.g. with ablution fountain or hand pump) and complete your donation.
A well gives people access to clean water for many years. As a lasting good deed whose reward continues as long as it benefits others, it is given as Sadaqah Jariyah.
